About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Convert offline bookings generated through the website
2. Give property details to guests that have made online bookings through OTA's such as Booking.com, Make My Trip, Airbnb, etc.
3. Work on client servicing before and after check-in (via phone only)
4. Meet property targets
