Key responsibilities:

1. Prospect relentlessly to build pipelines and build strong relationships with prospects
2. Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
3. Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers
4. Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
5. Share our passion and commitment to serving customers and giving a world-class customer experience
6. Lead alternate channels of sales such as residence visits, design/sales at show flats, apartment activities, etc.
7. Be open to new initiatives


1. Past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets
2. We are a fast-growing startup and expect all our colleagues to be flexible, action and results-oriented self-starters with strong data analysis skills
3. We are heavily biased towards candidates who come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment
4. We are looking for effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike
5. Graduate/Postgraduate
6. 1-5 years of sales experience with a consumer/enterprise organization (but exceptions can be made for good candidates)
7. Experience working with Salesforce/Zoho or similar CRM
8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
9. Strong listening and presentation skills
10. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
11. Understanding of home interiors and construction domain is a bonus

Salary during probation: 16,666 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2.4 - 2.6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 67%

2. Variable component: 33%
