Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions
3. Work on outbound calling on data collected through lead generation
4. Work on daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
5. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
6. Be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization

Required:

1. Graduates or postgraduates (fresher/experienced)
2. Candidates with good academics (60% and above)
3. Excellent communication skills
4. 0- 3 year of experience in e-commerce sector (not mandatory)
5. Target oriented approach with problem solving and presentable skills
6. Strong sales ability to convert inquiry into admission
7. Good interpersonal skills and numerical and analytical ability
8. Good decision-making skills
9. Language required: English & Hindi (mandatory), Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu (optional)
10. Should be flexible for the day shift (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM)
11. Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday
12. Who are from or can relocate to Bangalore and join immediately

Note: Training will be provided for the initial few days for an employee to understand end to end process.
