Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and build a network of potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events
2. Understand clients' needs and preferences and provide them with suitable property options that match their requirements
3. Conduct property viewings with clients and provide them with accurate and up-to-date information about the properties
4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions of the transaction
5. Maintain a strong relationship with clients throughout the sales process and ensure that their expectations are met
6. Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and to generate referrals
7. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property prices, and other relevant information to provide clients with informed advice
8. Attend regular team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales process
