Sales Development Representative - US Sales Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
2. Present our company to potential prospects
3. Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products/services
4. Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
5. Seek new business opportunities in the market proactively
6. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
7. Report to the sales manager on sales results
8. Work with multiple sales prospecting techniques like inbound calling, emailing, and social outreach (LinkedIn and other professional platforms)
9. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
10. Present the company to potential prospects

Skills & Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
2. Clarity of thought and excellent learning potential
3. Ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations
4. Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
5. The candidates need to sign a service agreement for 18 months after they join us as full-time employees (after the completion of the probation period)
6. Work from 6 pm to 3 am (IST)
