About the job
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. Your primary winning sales for the company. Looking for a highly motivated and results-driven candidate to join our growing sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, campaigning with them, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and external clients to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services.

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales Order Processing:

Receive and review sales orders from clients.
Verify the accuracy of order details, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing.
Coordinate with the production or logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Generate sales order confirmations and communicate them to clients.

2. Invoicing:

Create and issue invoices based on the sales orders.
Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and taxes.
Coordinate with the finance department to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
Send invoices to clients and maintain records of all transactions.

3. Order Follow-up:

Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their orders.
Address any queries or concerns raised by clients regarding their orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may impact order delivery.
Ensure timely delivery of products or services as per the agreed-upon schedule.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing necessary support.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.

In summary, as a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by preparing quotations, processing sales orders, generating invoices, and following up on orders. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of the sales operations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

2. Proven experience in a similar role as a Sales Coordinator or in sales support

3. Strong knowledge of sales processes, order management, and customer service

4. Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 24,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,80,000 /year
