About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Visiting salon daily as per coverage plan
2. Planning of education training in salons to build the market
3. Delivering sales targets
4. Working on relationship management with the existing salons/ clients and with the distributor for managing relevant claims
5. Identifying and converting new accounts/clients into Wella Salons
6. Sharing secondary sales reports on a timely basis
7. Planning & executing trade initiatives in the territory and salon visuals, beat plans, etc.
8. Working on customer issues or objection handling
