We're looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic sales associate to join our team at Zinque Patisserie! If you have a passion for sales, effective communication, and problem-solving, this is the role for you. As a sales associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Location: Khar West
Timings: 9am-6pm
Working days: Mon to Sat ( 6 days a week)
Key responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, building strong relationships and providing personalized assistance
2. Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively pitch our products and highlight their unique features and benefits
3. Proactively identify and seize sales opportunities, achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
4. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to offer expert recommendations and address customer queries confidently and accurately
5. Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment, sharing ideas and contributing to the success of our patisserie
Who can apply:
1. 0-1 year of experience in sales or a similar role
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
