We are looking for a highly organized sales & marketing professional who will be responsible for advertising and selling our company's products and creating competitive advantages for our company in the industry. Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and introduce new products to the market
2. Participate in conferences, events, and fests, for brand promotion and to build relationships with students/partners
3. Bring new brand ambassadors and influencers on board and maintain relationships with existing ones to drive brand awareness and sales
4. Conduct activities like quizzes or other competitions in the colleges/universities for student engagement and brand promotion
5. Travel to PAN India to understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's goals
6. Demonstrate products and services to a large group of students by visiting colleges/universities
7. Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports by interacting with existing customers
8. Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products
9. Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets
10. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned regions
11. Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations
12. Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team
13. Stay up-to-date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network, and joining professional networks
