Sales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Business development:
A. Acquire new clients for Indian mutual fund and US ETF accounts
B. Meet non-active customers and activate them
C. Sell online accounts to customers and encourage them to invest online
D. Cross-selling products like mutual funds, ETFs, loans, etc
E. Work with sales lead to formulate and implement business development plans in order to grow client base and AUM

2. System and process:
A. Follow the internal sales process by updating all the activities in the online system
B. Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms

Requirements:

1. Good understanding of mutual funds/investment products (VA, or RIA certification a plus)
2. Willing to work in sales
3. Good excel skills
4. Good convincing power and good communications skills both verbal and written
5. A positive and go-getter attitude & strong team culture
