Retail Sales Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Implementing company initiatives and bringing new initiatives to the store for customer satisfaction
2. Dealing with customer complaints, queries, and information requests, giving a logical and satisfactory end to the process
3. Working on all cash operations and cash register policies and ensuring proper cash management practices are followed by the team
4. Promoting your sport in the area - sharing your knowledge with other sport-passionate customers
5. Being the face of your sport for the customers
6. Working on the sales and stock management for your sport
7. Working on in-store merchandising and managing your sport inside the store

Requirements:

1. Passionate about their sport(s)
2. Positive, hands-on attitude with a desire to learn
3. Previous experience/knowledge about your sport is a plus
4. Entrepreneurial mindset, great listener, communicator, and a team player
5. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
6. Digitally sound and can generate content for the purpose
7. A flexible schedule and availability on weekends are a must
