Location - Electronic City, Phase II, Bangalore.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in footwear sales. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our footwear products, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive shopping experience
2. Assist customers in selecting and trying on footwear products, ensuring proper fit and comfort
3. Have in-depth knowledge of the features, benefits, and materials of the footwear products, and effectively communicate this information to customers
4. Proactively identify customers' needs and preferences, offering suitable product recommendations
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling
6. Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, ensuring proper product display and merchandising
7. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
8. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to customer satisfaction
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings
10. Participate in regular product knowledge and sales training sessions to enhance selling skills and product expertise
11. Perform inventory management tasks, such as receiving, unpacking, and replenishing stock, as needed

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in footwear sales within a retail environment.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
3. Passion for footwear products, including knowledge of different styles, brands, and trends
4. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey product information and engage customers
5 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications
