Key responsibilities:
1. Meet prospective clients, and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution
2. Meet with committee members of apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations
3. Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest in sales opportunities
4. Onboard new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform
5. Research potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources
Requirements:
1. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and/or the regional language
2. Empathy: Understand the field sales as the demos need to be given at the societies
3. Agility: Ability to change according to business requirements
4. Motivation: Demonstrate a positive, can-do' attitude
5. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
6. Growth-driven: Keen to grow as an individual
7. Should be comfortable working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday compulsory working), with a week off between Monday-Thursday
8. Effective presentation and negotiation skills
9. Hands-on MS Office, Excel, Word & PPT, etc.
