Telecaller Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Make an average of 100-120 calls per day
2. Counsel students over the phone, providing basic information and guidance on suitable programs
3. Make fresh calls, follow-ups, and feedback calls using the provided database
4. Counsel students for education, follow up with them, resolve their queries, and handle registrations
5. Fill out application forms for universities, verify them, and send them to the universities
6. Identify the skills, interests, and career goals of prospective students
7. Maintain the data of all registered students and their visa status

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate strong communication skills on the phone and in emails
2. Possess strong subject matter knowledge and a willingness to assist students with university shortlisting
3. Excel in multitasking and managing multiple students simultaneously
4. Adapt to an online counseling process and thrive in a target-oriented environment
5. Cultivate an excellent working relationship with students and universities
6. Background in a similar industry is advantageous, although freshers are welcome
