Talent Acquisition Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through various channels, plan interview and selection procedures, and host or participate in career events
2. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and college placement cells & proposals to attract a diverse pool of candidates
3. Screen resumes and applications efficiently to identify qualified candidates for further consideration
4. Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
5. Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
7. Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
