Senior Technical Project Manager Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage a portfolio of 8-10 projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
2. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently across projects to optimize output.
3. Identify risks and dependencies across projects and mitigate them proactively.
4. Collaborate with leadership to define project roadmaps, goals, and KPIs.
5. Constantly assess the "next best step" for each project to ensure continuous progress and scalability.
6. Keep stakeholders updated on the status of projects, progress, and potential roadblocks.
7. Ensure all team members are working at their full potential by offering guidance, removing blockers, and fostering an efficient and collaborative working environment.
8. Motivate and support project teams by providing regular feedback and promoting a culture of high performance and accountability.
9. Manage communication flow across different teams, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables.
10. Act as a technical advisor to the teams, providing hands-on support where needed.
Assist teams in solving complex technical challenges and ensure technical direction is aligned with project objectives.
11. Regularly review technical processes and tools used by teams to identify areas of improvement.
12. Design and implement standardized processes for managing and tracking project progress, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the venture studio.
13. Continuously assess and improve project management methodologies, workflows, and tools to maximize results and scalability.
14. Drive automation and efficiency improvements wherever possible to streamline operations.
15. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, AI, and best practices to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation.
16. Provide strategic input on how we can future-proof our projects and scale them effectively.
17. Identify growth opportunities for projects within your portfolio and propose initiatives to capitalize on them.
18. Prior Experience of any failed startup.
