Should be able to work in USA West Coast based time zone

Minimum of 1-year experience as an e-commerce customer service representative with a proven track-record of high-quality work
Excellence in administration skills including email etiquette
Ability to adapt written English to represent tonal values
Empathetic, supportive, a great listener, and has a positive attitude
High attention to detail
Eager to problem solve when issues arise
Skilled at resolving conflict peacefully
Technologically savvy
Some phone support experience a plus
University/college degree is an asset

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
