Key responsibilities:
1. Reach out to the inbound leads and follow up via outbound cold calls and emails
2. Take proactive steps to understand customer needs and requirements
3. Route qualified opportunities to the senior sales executive for further development and closure in a timely manner
4. Present effective online demos to prospects
5. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
6. Work on creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers using CRM software
7. Stay informed about competing products and services
8. Work on researching and qualifying new leads
9. Work on closing sales and achieving sales targets
Who can apply:
1. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Should be very competitive and a good listener
3. Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred
