Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
4. Utilize social media and job boards to advertise job openings and attract candidates.
5. Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics.
6. Prepare and send offer letters and negotiate salary packages with candidates.
7. Provide feedback to candidates and assist in onboarding new hires.
