Python Developer Job (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Backend Developer with strong expertise in developing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in backend development, API integration, and working with large language models

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
2. Implement and optimize RAG pipelines to enhance the performance of AI-driven applications.
3. Collaborate with data scientists, AI researchers, and front-end developers to integrate backend services with AI models.
4. Develop and maintain data processing pipelines, ensuring efficient data retrieval and augmentation.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
6. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of backend services.
7. Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, RAG techniques, and backend technologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Backend Developer with relevant experience.
3. Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
4. Hands-on experience in implementing RAG pipelines using tools like LangChain, Haystack, or LlamaIndex.
5. Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone).
6. Proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
7. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
8. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
9. Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with machine learning frameworks
2. Contributions to open-source projects related to AI/ML or backend development.
