Proofreading - Junior Team Leader Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on proofreading documents for grammatical and spelling errors on Microsoft Word
2. Ensuring the content is fluid and easy to comprehend and sentences can easily be read
3. Proofreading a set amount of documents per week to reach milestones
4. Assigning tasks to the proofreading team daily
5. Conducting regular meetings with the team members
6. Providing feedback to the team members and assessing them based on their performance
7. Filling up the bonus form by the end of each month
8. Maintaining a sheet to track team activity
9. Finding out the gaps in the process and suggesting ways to improve
10. Taking team building initiatives.


Who can apply:

1. Bachelor's degree in humanities, law, or arts background (preferred)
2. Experience in content writing, publishing or similar field.
3. Must have math and science knowledge till std. 12th
4. Need to have a Windows machine (Not a MacBook)
5. Access to MS Word Version 2016 or above
6. Availability to work late nights (7 pm to 4 am) - 6 days a week
7. Weekends working. One weekday off.
