Indika AI is seeking for a 'Project Manager' with at least 1 year of experience to lead and manage various types of data-driven projects, including but not limited to medical transcription, data annotation, and image annotation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, team management, quality control, client communication, and record-keeping for a range of projects across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination:
- Develop and manage project plans for transcription, data annotation, image annotation, and other projects.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
2. Team Management:
- Lead teams of transcriptionists, annotators, and other staff.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion with high-quality standards.
3. Quality Control:
- Monitor deliverables for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet project requirements.
- Address any issues promptly to maintain high standards.
4. Client Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and handling feedback.
- Adjust project plans as needed to meet client expectations.
5. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data privacy standards.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
1. 1+ years of experience in project management, including transcription, data annotation, team management, and record-keeping.
2. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
3. Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes (preferred but not required).
4. Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
5. Ability to manage multiple types of projects simultaneously, with a focus on detail and client satisfaction.
6. Candidates from medical backgrounds are preferred.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
