Wobb (https://www.wobb.ai) is a rapidly growing influencer marketing platform that connects brands with influencers, streamlining the process of creating and managing successful marketing campaigns. Our platform offers a brand web app for searching influencers, posting campaigns, hiring, managing campaigns, and handling payouts, as well as an influencer app for discovering campaigns, applying, and completing deliverables.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate product and marketing specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end product analytics, content creation, and marketing strategies. Your expertise will help drive data-driven decisions, develop engaging content, and design effective marketing campaigns to grow our user base and improve user experience on both the brand web app and the influencer app.

Key responsibilities:

1. Propose and design dashboard views for brand and influencer apps based on user journey and experience
2. Identify and track key metrics to measure app performance and inform data-driven decisions
3. Utilize tools like Mixpanel and Google Analytics for tracking metrics and analyzing data
4. Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and marketing teams to optimize the user experience and app performance
5. Develop engaging and informative content, including feature announcements, blog posts, and marketing copy
6. Align content with Wobb's brand voice and style
7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure content supports product development and marketing goals
8. Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the Wobb platform and increase user acquisition
9. Set campaign objectives, KPIs, target audience, segmentation, and marketing channels
10. Develop creative messaging, visuals, and calls-to-action for campaigns
11. Measure and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools

Salary
Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
