Pre-Sales Manager Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of agents/interns to make sure they dial 100-120 numbers on daily basis and convince parents to attend free demo classes
2. Focus on lead quality, conversion ratio, individual team performances, PMS matrix, etc.
3. Coordinate with the sales team and coding educators

Skills & Requirements:

1. Someone with exceptional communication skills, people management, and training skills
2. Result-driven go-getter who thrives in a performance-driven environment
3. Excellent analytical skills
4. Quick learner who can understand the product in & out within a couple of days
5. Top performers, and achievers are highly appreciated
6. Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager/team leader in US pre-sales (K-12 education)
7. 6 days working plus weekends working
8. Immediate joiner or maximum 1 month
