Performance Tester Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Test planning & design: Create and design comprehensive performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures to ensure system performance meets specified requirements.
2. Performance test execution: Execute load, stress, spike, and endurance tests to simulate real-world conditions and identify system bottlenecks or performance issues.
3. Analysis & reporting: Evaluate test results and performance metrics to detect issues and recommend areas for performance enhancement.
4. Tool utilization: Efficiently use performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and NeoLoad to develop and execute performance tests.
5. System monitoring: Track application and server performance using monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) to assess overall system stability.
6. Collaboration: Partner with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.
7. Automation integration: Integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline to support ongoing performance monitoring.
8. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of performance test procedures, findings, and recommendations for future reference
