1. Scout and recruit potential models through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events
2. Build and maintain relationships with models, photographers, stylists, and other industry professionals to facilitate bookings and collaborations
3. Coordinate model castings, auditions, and go-sees for clients to select suitable models for their projects
4. Negotiate and finalize contracts, rates, and terms of agreements with clients and models in accordance with agency policies and industry standards
5. Manage model schedules, bookings, and logistics for photo shoots, runway shows, and other modeling assignments
6. Provide guidance and support to models regarding their careers, portfolios, and professional development opportunities
7. Collaborate with the marketing and promotions team to promote agency services, events, and talent to prospective clients and industry partners
8. Stay informed about current trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities in the modeling and fashion industries
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in talent management, casting, or booking roles within the modeling, entertainment, or related industries
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and talent
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
4. Knowledge of industry standards, trends, and best practices in the modeling and fashion industries
5. Proficiency in using modeling agency software, databases, and online platforms for talent management and bookings
6. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and project deadlines
7. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, fashion, or communications is preferred but not required
