About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns using various channels such as email, social media, and paid ads
2. Create and manage lead scoring models to identify MQLs and SQLs
3. Manage the lead lifecycle from acquisition to conversion to closed business and beyond
4. Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (Freshsales) including customizations, workflows, and integrations with other systems
5. Implement and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel
6. Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment
7. Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
8. Work collaboratively with other teams, including sales, product, and design, to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
9. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's target audience, industry trends, and competitors

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or a related field
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including paid advertising, lead scoring and lead nurturing
4. Experience working with a CRM system, specifically Freshsales
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
7. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through effective marketing campaigns and operations
9. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing, paid ads, and marketing operations
10. They should also have a deep understanding of the Freshsales CRM and be able to set up MQL, SQL, lead stages, and the entire customer journey from lead to recurring customer
