Marketing Analyst Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct web searches to identify and compile a comprehensive database of potential client companies, including key contacts and relevant details
2. Develop and execute mass email campaigns, including drafting, sending, and tracking performance metrics
3. Create and schedule LinkedIn posts that engage our audience and promote our services/products
4. Assist with SEO strategies to improve our online visibility, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content recommendations
5. Design and produce marketing flyers and other promotional materials
Format and polish Word documents to ensure they are professional and aligned with company branding
6. Analyze marketing campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
7. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and achieve company goals
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and skills:

1. A bachelor's degree is required in marketing, business, engineering, communications, or a related field
2. Proven experience in a marketing or analytical role, with a strong understanding of email marketing, social media, SEO optimization, and market research
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and mass emailing
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
6. Highly organized with an eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
7. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing materials and strategies
8. Proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
