About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
2. Execute manual test cases on web, desktop, and mobile applications to ensure the software performs as expected.
3. Identify, document, and report bugs and errors found during testing.
4. Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and ensure high-quality releases.
5. Perform regression testing to validate that previous functionality works as expected after updates.
6. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that product releases meet client expectations.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
8. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman.
9. Validate data integrity using SQL queries.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ years of experience in manual software testing.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and testing lifecycle.

Experience with defect management tools such as Jira and Notion will be preferred.

Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.

Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience in testing web-based applications.

Basic knowledge of SQL to validate database contents.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
