Responsible for the entire hiring process, including creating agreements, onboarding, and offboarding. Proficient in ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline the process. Aggressive and quality-driven with excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract and hire technical and non-technical talent
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions
3. Source and screen candidates through various channels
4. Conduct interviews and assessments to determine fit
5. Create and negotiate employment agreements
6. Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
7. Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline the hiring process
8. Meet recruitment targets with a high level of quality and integrity
Strong understanding of the entire hiring process
Proven track record of recruiting technical and non-technical talent
Expertise in using ChatGPT and other AI tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,25,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
