We are seeking an experienced and creative social media manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, including creating and executing social media campaigns, managing advertising, and analyzing social media data.
Key responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing social media campaigns that align with the brand s messaging and reach target audiences
2. Managing advertising campaigns across various social media platforms
3. Creating and scheduling social media posts and content
4. Analyzing social media data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies
5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of social media campaigns
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
