Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing presentations and reports using MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel to support the operations team
2. Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets using MS-Office and MS-Word to track key metrics and performance indicators
3. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating strong English proficiency (spoken) in meetings and presentations
4. Collaborate with the operations team to develop strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency
5. Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions and workshops for staff members
6. Support the operations team in conducting research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
7. Work closely with senior team members to ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
2. Proven experience as a Business Management Consultant, preferably in the retail industry
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
