1. Develop and execute strategies to grow and nurture our community of influencers and influencer managers on WhatsApp and other relevant platforms
2. Create engaging graphics, content, and copy for social media and other communication channels to promote our platform and services
3. Engage with our user group via online and offline communities, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty among our influencers and influencer managers
4. Drive in-app engagement through targeted notifications, emails, and other communication channels
5. Design, implement, and manage rewards campaigns to motivate and retain influencers and influencer managers
6. Develop and execute PR and influencer marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new users to our platform
7. Monitor and analyze community and engagement metrics to optimize strategies and tactics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and goal-oriented marketing efforts
Required:
1. Proven experience in social media management, community building, and influencer marketing
2. Strong graphic design and content creation skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
3. Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to engage users and foster a sense of community
4. Experience with in-app engagement, email marketing, and rewards campaigns.
5. Knowledge of PR strategies and tactics
6. Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to draw insights from metrics and apply them to marketing efforts
7. Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Passionate about influencer marketing and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry
9. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, graphic design, content creation, and community engagement
