Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees
3. Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts and managing performance issues
4. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
5. Handle employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
6. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement
7. Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and support organizational growth
