1. Implement and maintain HRIS to streamline HR processes and ensure data accuracy.
2. Utilize HR Analytics to provide insights on employee performance, engagement, and retention.
3. Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, to engage with employees at all levels.
4. Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
5. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
