As a human resources associate at MarchoTech, you will play a vital role in our dynamic and growing team. We are seeking an individual with excellent English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, as well as strong skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
3. Manage employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Support HR initiatives and programs, such as performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
5. Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries.
6. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as maintaining HR files, drafting correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
7. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.
