About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in hiring top talent by managing job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews
2. Create engaging onboarding experiences to help new hires integrate into our mission-driven culture
3. Develop initiatives to enhance team morale, collaboration, and productivity
4. Maintain employee records, ensure smooth HR processes, and support compliance with policies
5. Organize training sessions and workshops to support employee growth
6. Assist in tracking and supporting employee performance and goal achievement
