1. Develop and implement comprehensive remote onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees
2. Address employee grievances in a fair, transparent, and timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures
3. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities tailored to Wobb's remote work environment
4. Oversee learning and development programs, focusing on continuous growth and skill development for remote employees
5. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and time-to-hire optimization
6. Collaborate with the management team to ensure HR strategies align with company objectives and values
7. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a remote or tech-based environment
3. Proven expertise in handling various HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, grievance handling, engagement, learning and development, and recruitment
4. Strong understanding of remote work best practices and tools
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
7. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
8. Proficiency in HR management software and remote collaboration tools
9. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling onboarding, offboarding, employee grievances, engagement, culture-building, learning and development, and recruitment for our remote influencer marketplace
