HR Recruiter Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Source potential candidates from various online channels
2. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
4. Interview candidates
5. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
6. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
7. Follow up with the candidates till their joining

Skills & Requirements:

1. Must have good communication skills
2. Must have basic computer knowledge
3. Experience in recruitment preferred
4. Work from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (8 hours of login and 1-hour break)
