HR Operations Assistant Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Administrative support: Provide administrative support for HR executives. Handle HR-related documentation, such as contracts, new hire guides, and internal policies
2. Recruitment assistance: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes, scheduling interviews, and issuing employment contracts
3. Employee onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and on time
4. Record maintenance: Maintain physical and digital HR records, including employment contracts, PTO requests, and employee details
5. Payroll assistance: Support the payroll department by providing relevant employee information, like absences, bonuses, and leaves
6. Employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employees queries on HR-related topics
7. Training coordination: Assist in organizing and managing HR training & development initiatives
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
9. Policy and procedure compliance: Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. This includes staying informed about relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance at all times
