About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct the interview of 100 - 120 applicants on a single day as and when required by the company.
2. Hire immediate replacement if an employee is unable to perform the task or leaves the office in the middle.
3. Take daily attendance of the team (Twice a Day).
4. Release the Authorization/ Offer letter of the selected candidates on an immediate basis.
5. Conduct the Orientation/ Briefing Session for the New Joinee.
6. Schedule the Briefing Session for the Sales Professional to be conducted by the Onboarding Officers.
7. Audit the work of all the team members on a daily basis.
8. Clarifying the doubts of the New Joinee after the Briefing Session on the day of joining.
9. Explain the job duties to the employees and ensure the work is done properly and in a timely manner.
10. Clarify the queries of the employees from time to time which will enable them to perform better at work and meet the deliverables.
11. Prepare daily reports on the progress of the work.
12. Conducting a Review Meeting at the End of the Day, to verify the work done by the Team.
13. Explain the company details to the selected employees.
14. Help in addressing the problem faced by the team so that the team performs effectively.
15. Conduct a video meeting with the team. (Only when required).
16. Check on the performance of the employees on a daily basis.
17. Brief the employees about the competitions being conducted and how they are going to benefit the students and the institute.
18. Handle ad-hoc responsibilities.
19. Handle a team of 100 - 150
20. Should fulfill the recruitment needs of the Company.

Salary
