1. Working on end-to-end recruitment, including the identification, sourcing and recruiting of information technology professionals nationwide for permanent positions
2. Handling the team functions like manpower planning, recruitment and screening profiles of the team
3. Handling a team of 15-20 recruiters
4. Working closely with the client requirements to understand their business, translate their staffing needs and provide them with the very best talent in the industry
5. Expediting recruitment via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high-caliber talent to meet current and future needs
6. Utilizing different channels for recruitment i.e. portal, internal database, headhunting, employee referrals, referrals through network, vendor, etc.
7. Participating in volume hiring through various sources
8. Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc.)
Required:
1. Extensive working experience in IT and non-IT management services
2. The discipline of meeting KRAs and SOPs
3. Strong work ethic and willingness to assist team members
4. High-quality time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
5. Excellent capability to creatively solve problems in a high-pressure environment
6. An effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills as well as an enthusiastic and effective team player
7. 1Experience in working and basic internet knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
8. Proven work experience as an HR administrator, HR administrative assistant or relevant role
9. Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
10. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
11. Thorough knowledge of labor laws
12. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
13. Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
14. BS in human resources or a relevant field
15. Laptop and strong wi-fi connection
