Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
2. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management
3. Maintain employee files, including documentation related to employment contracts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
4. Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks

6. Liaise with legal professionals to ensure that all legal matters are handled effectively and efficiently
