Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, with a focus on Gujarati as the regional language (native speakers only).
2. Work Schedule: Participate in a 5-day work week with 2 rotational days off.
3. Shift Flexibility: Be comfortable working night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts.
4. Video Calls: Engage effectively in video calls for interpretation tasks.
5. Compensation: Earn up to 39K CTC monthly, with potential for up to 45K CTC based on interview performance and last drawn salary.
