Graphic Designer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Design visually stunning and innovative graphics for various projects, including marketing materials, offline campaigns, brochures, hoardings, websites, and social media platforms, that reflect the unique brand identity of our clients.
2. Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts that effectively communicate messages and ideas
3. Utilize expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling designs that captivate and engage the target audience
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality and impact of our visual communications
5. Ensure all designs are of high quality, meet brand guidelines, and are delivered within tight deadlines
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project goals and expectations
7. Communicate and present design concepts clearly and confidently, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs for ultimate client satisfaction

Working details:

1. We have been working remotely since 2019 and will continue to do so. Our clients have continued to work with us despite us being fully remote as we are a responsible, diligent team that gets work done. We are looking for skilled, disciplined individuals who want to learn and grow with us - irrespective of their location.
2. You must have an inverter with power backup, a laptop with sufficient battery backup and a stable internet connection.
2. You must be accessible on phone and WhatsApp through the day otherwise it will not be possible for us to get work done. We work Monday - Friday.
3. Your first three months with us will be on probation at 75% of your agreed salary while we assess how well you fit into our team.
