Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain the website using the MERN stack
2. Collaborate with the team to implement new features and improve existing functionality
3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
4. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
7. Focus on performance optimization

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience with the MERN stack (optional if good experience in previous internship or good portfolio)
2. Experience bootstrapping an entire website
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
4. Experience with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
5. Experience with Git and version control
6. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
7. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
8. Strong understanding of web development best practices and principles
9. Strong understanding of SEO and how to optimize a website
10. Strong understanding of how to make a website mobile-friendly
11. Strong understanding of how to improve website performance
12. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js) and have experience bootstrapping an entire website
