1. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
2. Provide guidance to managers and employees on financial policies and procedures, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
3. Maintain financial records, including documentation related to income and expenses, financial statements, and tax filings
4. Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management
5. Liaise with legal professionals to ensure that all legal matters are handled effectively and efficiently
6. Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including contracts, intellectual property, and privacy
7. Prepare legal documents, including contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal agreements
8. Represent the organization in legal matters, including negotiations and litigation

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,500 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
