Digital Marketing Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products/services and generate leads
2. Implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
3. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information
4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support their initiatives
5. Execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing content, and analyzing results
6. Manage social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followership
7. Coordinate with creative agencies to develop marketing materials such as advertisements, banners, posts, and blogs
8. Conduct IVR callings to engage with customers and gather feedback
9. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI
10. Understanding of Google ads, analytics, and SEO
11. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals
12. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, results, and future initiatives for management review

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities
5. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management tools
6. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
8. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives
