Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy and Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our NGO's values and mission.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and audience feedback to refine strategies for maximum impact.
2. Content Creation:
Craft high-quality, compelling, and insightful written and visual content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our message of mental and spiritual well-being.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts.
Adapt content to suit different platforms and formats while maintaining consistent messaging.
3. Community Engagement:
Foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and authentic manner.
Initiate and participate in conversations that promote discussions around mental and spiritual growth, well-being, and related topics.
Use social media as a platform to connect and empathize with our audience.
4. Data Analysis and Optimization:
Regularly analyze social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media and digital marketing.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Collaborate with subject matter experts within the organization to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Report on social media activities, results, and future plans to the management team.
