Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the flow of conversions to CRM in order to ensure that the sales teams are producing leads
2. Manage and optimize within campaigns to ensure KPI deliveries
3. Manage website content
4. Assist in managing CRM efforts focused on digital acquisition and customer retention
5. Analyze the sales database on Salesforce
6. Implement SEO and SEM strategies
7. Maintain positive customer feedback and high QA scorecards
8. Research and analyze weekly data need to create keyword/negative expansions for multiple PPC accounts
